Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to IArrays.

  • Service refers to the apps/tweaks purchased from Company.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase service from Us.

  • Website refers to IArrays, accessible from https://iarrays.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service as applicable.

Your Service Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to request for a refund within 7 days of purchase.

The deadline for requesting for a refund for an Order is 7 days from the date on which You activated the Services on entitled device:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive a request from you. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will receive your money except the transaction fees levied by third-party payment services, i.e. Paypal.

For example, if you purchase a tweak worth $2.99, Paypal will levy a transaction fee of $0.20 on that purchase. When you request for a refund, you will receive a refund of $2.79.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for the Services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The Services were purchased in the last 7 days
  • if the Services has a major reproducible bug that can‘t be fixed within 7 days - If the issue is not clear you will be asked to provide more details (Crashlog, tweak list for example).
  • Change of mind refunds are granted if the purchase is within 24 hours and a valid reason is provided.

The following Services cannot be refunded:

  • “it’s not what I expected” - the Services depiction and its images provide a good description of what to expect.
  • Services purchased after 7 days.
  • 'Accidental' purchases.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any refund requests that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.

    What Happen After Refunded

    • Once a refund is issued you will be blocked further to pruchase the same Service again. We remain hold each and every right whom we want to provide our Services.

    Digital Protection

    In case if you raise a dispute with the financial service (such as Paypal, VISA, Master, etc.), your license will be temporarily hold until it is resolved. We strongly sugegst to reach us before raising any disputes.
